WHY MOVABLE
What happens when buildings can move?
Place instead of build. That alone changes how you start, where you can be, and how you finish.
01 FAST
We bring a finished unit and set it down. No waiting for design, building permits or on-site construction.
If built Design, permits, construction
02 TEST RUN
Place it and try it. Then decide, based on results, whether to stay, move or stop.
If built No turning back once it’s built
03 ANYWHERE
Small plots, inside empty stores, plazas, even national parks. As a vehicle, it widens where you can be.
If built Limited to land where building is allowed
04 SEASONAL
Where people gather, when they gather. When the season ends, move on to the next site.
If built Fixed place, fixed timing
05 SCALABLE
One brand world, many units. The same experience, delivered in different places.
If built One place only
06 RESTORABLE
With no major construction, the land returns to its original state once removed.
If built Grade the land, demolish at the end
Designed as vehicles, our units need no building permit. Operating requires the right license for each business (food business permit, Hotel Business Act, Natural Parks Act, etc.), and we handle it through to approval.

MOVE TO BRING EXPERIENCE
Backed by our original design and agile mobility.
CRAFT
Handmade, one unit at a time.
Sawing wood, milling steel, welding and assembling. In our founders’ workshop, each unit is finished by hand in a form made for the brand and the land.

ONE STOP
The real work starts after the build.
From permits to moving on to the next site — everything after the build, through a single point of contact.
01 PERMIT →
02 TRANSPORT →
USUALLY
Coordinating with 3–5 companies.
Planners / Architects / Fabricators
Permit specialists / Transport firms / Operators, etc.
And you fill the gaps between them yourself.
WITH MOVABLE ARCHITECTURE STUDIO
Hand it all over, toward your goal.
One point of contact. Working back from opening day, we handle planning, design and fabrication, permits, transport, installation and operation — including coordination with partners.
JOURNEY
We propose the destination, and we move it.
Once built, your architecture can keep traveling, moving to new land with the seasons and demand. Transport, storage between events, scouting the next site and proposing destinations that fit your brand — we take on the whole journey.
LOCATIONS
From city plazas to resorts, cultural venues and nature. The map shows candidate sites gathered through our surveys. Each red dot is a place where a unit could go.
Candidate sites nationwide
Prefectures
