We placed a small sandwich stand and a wooden deck on an unused street corner.
Passers-by stop and sit down. An empty spot became a place where people gather.
As our smallest unit, it can start even on a narrow plot. We handled everything through to the business permit.

A street corner sat unused. Too small for a building, it had no clear use.

What we did
We placed a small sandwich stand and a wooden deck, and handled everything through to the business permit.

Result
Passers-by now stop and sit down. The empty corner became a place where people gather.
