WHY MOVABLE
What happens when buildings can move?
Place instead of build. That alone changes how you start, where you can be, and how you finish.
01 FAST
We bring a finished unit and set it down. No waiting for design, building permits or on-site construction.
If built Design, permits, construction
02 TEST RUN
Place it and try it. Then decide, based on results, whether to stay, move or stop.
If built No turning back once it’s built
03 ANYWHERE
Small plots, inside empty stores, plazas, even national parks. As a vehicle, it widens where you can be.
If built Limited to land where building is allowed
04 SEASONAL
Where people gather, when they gather. When the season ends, move on to the next site.
If built Fixed place, fixed timing
05 SCALABLE
One brand world, many units. The same experience, delivered in different places.
If built One place only
06 RESTORABLE
With no major construction, the land returns to its original state once removed.
If built Grade the land, demolish at the end
Designed as vehicles, our units need no building permit. Operating requires the right license for each business (food business permit, Hotel Business Act, Natural Parks Act, etc.), and we handle it through to approval.
