We opened a 20-ft mobile restaurant in the plaza of a large urban complex.
Six food brands came together in one unit, creating a place to enjoy wine paired with food. People crossing the plaza stopped to gather around the table.
Placed rather than built, it opened without changing the plaza, and can move on once its role is done.
01 CHALLENGE
Challenge
We wanted a limited-time place to enjoy food in the plaza of a large complex, opening a restaurant without changing the plaza.
02 SOLUTION
What we did
We placed a 20-ft mobile restaurant in the plaza and brought six food brands into one unit — a place to enjoy wine and food together.
03 RESULT
Result
People crossing the plaza stopped for a unique food experience. Once its role was done, it moved on to the next site.
